SMS / Texting Policy
Our policy on SMS communication, opt-in, opt-out, and message content.
How We Use SMS
Alebrije Digital Services uses SMS as a reliable, transactional communication channel to coordinate support with active clients and employees. SMS is a working tool, not a marketing channel. We never send promotional content over SMS.
Message Categories
Subscribers may receive messages in the following categories:
- Ticket status updates. Notifications when a support ticket is assigned, updated, or resolved.
- Appointment reminders. Reminders and confirmations for scheduled on-site or remote service visits.
- Critical IT notifications. Alerts about outages, security incidents, or planned maintenance windows affecting the recipient's systems.
- Two-factor authentication codes. Sent only when explicitly requested by the user during a sign-in flow.
Consent
You opt in to SMS through one of two channels:
- Public contact form at https://alebrijedigitalservices.com/contact, by checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting.
- Authenticated client support portal at https://support.alebrijedigitalservices.com/, in your notification settings, after logging in.
In both cases the consent checkbox is unchecked by default, the disclosure language is identical, and the consent is logged with a full audit trail. Consent is always separate from any other agreement, and is never required to receive our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. A client with an open ticket may receive several messages in a day. A dormant client may go months without any.
Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Alebrije Digital Services does not charge for SMS messages sent or received.
What We Will Never Do
- Sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates.
- Send marketing or promotional messages without separate, explicit opt-in.
- Use your number for purposes outside what you originally engaged us for.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to any message you receive from us, and you will be removed from SMS communications. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

Privacy
SMS data is governed by our overall privacy policy. We retain message logs for service-quality and dispute-resolution purposes, in line with industry norms.
